Welcome to The Jordan project! Fresh, clean, and flawless are just a few words to describe this transformation. With a fresh new sod install throughout the front yard, along with an extension fence line paired with a new gate. Entering the backyard, we took out the old patio stone, replaced with new sod installation and new black patio stones along the utility shed.

After a couple of weeks we were able to add a few more extra touches to make this property look as good as new! First was an upgraded staircase along the side of the house. We used pressure treated lumber for the entire staircase + railing, making it seamless, durable and safe for the home owner to take advantage of.

The second addition was the beautiful new paint job on the back shed! Sometimes it just takes a fresh coat of paint to transform an area and this shed is the perfect example!
